Where will we gather?
The retreat will be held in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Exact address shared with participants.
What’s the financial exchange?
Accessibility is a priority. I chose to keep the retreat as a single-day, local experience, because it’s a great way to model that big things can be done in smaller doses, and it also keeps it geographically and financially more accessible.
If this retreat speaks to you and you want to participate, I don’t want finances to be a barrier. To that end, the financial exchange is $80-$160, sliding scale. Once you apply and receive a confirmation note, I will ask for payment via Zelle, Venmo, or Paypal.
Please honor what you need while taking into consideration that this experience includes 2 meals, a day of facilitation, and a sound bath. I chose a sliding scale model because I believe it’s an efficient way for us to take care of each other.
How to sign-up:
While everyone is encouraged to apply, this will be a hand-selected group. For years I have been designing experiences with a specific guest list, because I believe in generous exclusion. I was so grateful to Priya Parker for putting words to something I’d always experienced as a host and gatherer, which is, not everyone needs to be in the room. You can learn more about her take on it above.
For me it means having a diversity of interests, voices, projects, questions, abilities, blocks, curiosities present, while seeing that while everyone is not necessarily alike, they are aligned on the purpose of why we are all coming together.
I am excited to hear why this retreat feels like a fit for you — please tell me more here.
Everyone who applies will receive a response no later than Nov. 8th with a final selection of participants for the 19th, and next steps for registration.
If you apply and don’t get in this time around, more retreats and experiences are on the horizon! Sign up for my newsletter to stay in the loop.
